• Elections in may. Training new committee members in new roles, supporting them to build a team 
  • Building better relationships between current members and new members and current members holding more organising relationships in the branch
  • MT - the overwhelming majority of the workload has been on Ricardo and Nes, with support given from other members on occasion (Connor, Clara, Charlie). Ricardo is doing at least 1 day/week of MT work, probably closer to 2. Erica does most of the organising work within the estate, possibly about 1 day/week too. Though this is in a particularly intense period, take this into consideration in allocating resources to council housing. MT+ expansion would probably need at least 0.5 days/week allocated staff hours. No roles are elected, this should probably change.
